Our AML and Verification Policy

This page sets out, in plain terms, how we meet our anti money laundering obligations, when we verify your identity and what we ask of you before your first withdrawal. Blindluck Casino operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, held by Blindluck Entertainment N.V., and every rule below follows from that licence and from our own risk standards.

Our Anti Money Laundering Commitment

We launched in 2025 as a casino only operation, without a sportsbook, and we built our compliance framework before our first game went live. As the licence holder, Blindluck Entertainment N.V. answers to the Anjouan licensing authority, and we apply its anti money laundering regulations to every account, every deposit and every withdrawal on our platform.

Criminal funds must not pass through our platform. That is the whole purpose of this policy. We appoint a dedicated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), train our payments and support teams on reporting duties, and file suspicious activity reports to the relevant authority where the law obliges us to. We never tip off a player about a report, because doing so is itself an offence.

  • Full compliance with the anti money laundering regulations of our Anjouan licence
  • A named MLRO responsible for internal reporting and risk assessment
  • Risk based checks on every account, scaled to deposit and withdrawal activity
  • Suspicious activity reports filed where legally required, without tipping off
  • Cooperation with competent authorities within the limits of applicable law

When Blindluck Casino Verifies You

Verification points

We verify identity at three points, not all at once. At registration we run electronic age and identity screening against the details you give us, so we can confirm you are at least 18 and not resident in a restricted country such as the United States, the Netherlands or Denmark. Before your first withdrawal we run full KYC, because that is when money leaves our platform. Beyond that, we re-verify at thresholds: larger withdrawals, unusual deposit patterns or a change of payment method each trigger a fresh check.

  • Registration: electronic age, identity and geo screening
  • First withdrawal: full KYC with documents
  • Thresholds: withdrawals or deposits above levels set in our risk policy
  • On change: new payment method or changed personal details

How Verification Works Step by Step

Submitting your documents

Verification runs from your account settings. Upload clear, colour photographs or scans of original documents, not photocopies, with all four corners visible and no part edited or cropped. Our compliance team reviews submissions within 24 to 48 hours, and we notify you by email the moment a decision is reached. If a document fails, we tell you exactly why and what to send instead.

  • Open Account Settings and select Verification
  • Upload a government ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence, valid and showing your photo, name, date of birth and expiry date
  • Upload proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or official letter issued within the last 3 months in your name
  • Upload proof of payment method: a photo of the card (front and back, middle digits covered) or a screenshot of your e-wallet or crypto wallet showing your name or address
  • Wait for our decision, normally within 24 to 48 hours

How we protect your files

Source of Funds Requests Explained

A source of funds request is not an accusation. It is a legal obligation that applies to deposits or withdrawals above levels our risk policy sets, and it asks one simple question: where does the money you play with come from?

Acceptable evidence includes payslips from an employer, bank or crypto statements showing the funds arriving in your account, a tax return, evidence of a property or asset sale, or documentation of a business income. If you deposited in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Tether, we may ask for a wallet statement or exchange records showing the origin of the coins. Send the documents through the secure verification upload, never by email. The more complete your evidence, the faster we close the request, and we treat everything you send as confidential.

Transaction Monitoring and Withdrawal Rules

What we watch and why

Every deposit and withdrawal on our platform passes automated monitoring that flags patterns linked to money laundering: rapid deposit and withdrawal with minimal play, deposits split just under thresholds, and chains of transfers between payment methods. Flagged transactions go to our compliance team for manual review before any funds are released.

We operate a same-method withdrawal rule. Winnings return first to the method you used to fund your account, up to the amount deposited, and any surplus can go to an alternative method from our withdrawal list. Withdrawals start from £20, run to £4,500 per day and £18,000 per month, and we process them within 0 to 24 hours once verification is complete. We charge no fees of our own.

If Verification Fails or Stalls

Without verified documents we cannot release a withdrawal, whatever your balance. That restriction protects you as much as us, since it blocks anyone else from cashing out in your name. If you do not submit documents within 30 days of our request, or the documents do not pass review, we suspend the account: deposits stay open at first, but withdrawals remain locked.

Where we find forged documents, an account in someone else's name, or a player bypassing our country restrictions, we close the account outright, void related play and report the matter to the authorities where required. Funds connected to confirmed fraud stay frozen pending the outcome of any investigation. If your case is simply incomplete, you keep full control: respond to our email, send what is missing, and the review reopens with no prejudice against your account.

How Long We Keep Your Documents

We retain verification records for the period our Anjouan licence and applicable anti money laundering law require, typically five years from the end of our business relationship or from your last transaction. Retention exists for a reason: if a payment is later disputed or an investigation opened, the records are what clear your name and ours.

Once the retention period expires, we delete or anonymise your documents. You may ask us at any time what data we hold, request a copy, or ask us to correct it, by writing to [email protected]. We respond to data requests within the timelines applicable to our licence, and live chat support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you want a status update first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I being asked for documents after already playing for weeks?

Playing does not trigger full KYC, but withdrawing does. We verify every player before their first withdrawal, and further checks can be triggered by larger amounts or unusual activity. This is a legal requirement of our Anjouan licence, not a penalty aimed at you.

How long does verification take at Blindluck Casino?

Our compliance team reviews submissions within 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawals are then processed within 0 to 24 hours. Delays usually come from blurry or incomplete documents, so upload clear colour images of originals.

Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?

Winnings return first to the payment method you used to deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any surplus can be withdrawn to another method from our list, including Bank Transfer or crypto, once your account is fully verified.

Is it safe to upload my ID and bank statements?

Yes. Documents go through encrypted upload to access controlled storage, our compliance team alone can open them, and support agents see only a status. We never request documents by email or live chat, so treat any such request as a scam and report it.

What happens if I refuse a source of funds request?

Withdrawals stay suspended until the request is resolved, because releasing funds without source confirmation would breach our anti money laundering obligations. Deposits may continue, but nothing can be paid out while the request stands.
